Bonham, Texas — BEDCo President Alan McDonald recently presented Ernie Quintana of 3D Security with a $25,000 check representing a grant from BEDCO for the renovation of their building on Main Street.

Grants are retroactive: funds are not dispersed until the work is done and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. 3D Security spent $133,000 on their renovations, qualifying them for the highest rebate.  At least $50,000 must be spent to earn this maximum amount. 

Grants are available for renovations of at least $6000, on a 50% rebated basis.  Application must be made prior to commencing work.
